24. James Wonderlich3 Popenoe (James2, James1) was born 23 September 1851.

He married twice. He married Mary F Newcom 26 Sep 1878. Mary was born 10 Jul 1854. Mary died 1879 in Dayton, Montgomery Co. OH, at 24 years of age. He married Clara Broadwell 16 Feb 1886 in Dayton.  She was born in Canton, MO, the daughter of Simeon Broadwell and Emily Jane Thomas.

James Wonderlich Popenoe and Clara Broadwell had the following child:
