123. Georgia Isabelle⁵ Popenoe (Hubert Lowell⁴, Edwin Alonzo³, Willis Parkison², James¹) was born 2 April 1911. Georgia died 5 February 1994 at 82 years of age.

She married Kenneth A Raison 18 May 1937. Kenneth was born 8 February 1902. Kenneth died 22 July 1963 at 61 years of age. Born at Ridgeview Farm in Topeka, she spent her early years there, moving with her family in 1923 to California. In 1932 she received a BA from Pomona College. After her husband's death she worked as a counselor for the California Department of Human Resources in Pomona. In 1991 she moved to Marquam, OR.

Georgia Isabelle Popenoe and Kenneth A Raison had the following children:

+ 164 i. Julia Frances⁶ Raison was born 1938.

+ 165 ii. Georgia Isabelle Raison was born   1949.

+ 166 iii. Eileen Mabel Raison was born   1953.
